In some cases* Around the Clock Information Systems can repair your computer problem remotely over the Internet without you having to leave the comfort of your home or a technician coming to you. No waiting around for an on-site visit. With your authorization, our technicians can connect to your computer using a 256 bit SSL encrypted screen sharing software to diagnose and resolve (hopefully) your issue right in front of your eyes.

* Please be aware of the fact that most Hardware related issues CANNOT be repaired remotely. If your computer will not power on, or cannot connect to the Internet, you will have to schedule an On-Site visit.
